Right click on Automobile.config and click on Edit (It's best to employ Notepad++ to change this file)
Await for the following section (Search for <organization.serviceModel>)
Delete the entire configuration till <organization.serviceModel> i.eastward. from <organization.serviceModel> to <system.serviceModel>
Save the Machine.config file.

Now try to install Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 and see if y'all are getting the same error.
